Change Consultant position – Retail Furniture Industry Braamfontein – Gauteng RNeg The employer is part of a large progressive and successful corporate holding company in the retail environment based in JHB Braamfontein .The potential employer is looking for an assertive individual who is influential with good business acumen and negotiation skills. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and implementing change management interventions that minimise change resistance and maximise employee engagement in initiatives undertaken within the group. Experience required: • Matric qualification • Relevant Degree with a NQF level 7 in change management • Relevant Change Management experience (3 – 5 years experience) • MS Office Proficiency • eHR System • Knowledge of Change enablement and management principles and methodologies • Understanding of organizational design principles • Knowledge of diversity management, employment equity and employee engagement principles and methodologies Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to • Implementing the Change Management approach and methodologies • Developing and implementing communication strategies that enable change management • Developing change competency within a group • Engaging with key stakeholders in the change process • Customer service • Self-management and team work • Organizational Design principles • Translating a change strategy and impact analysis into a change plan • Implementing change policies, procedures, processes and templates • Developing a project team intervention plan that enables the project team to understand and buy- into change • Change management coaching Skills: • Presentation skills • Facilitation skills • Strong verbal and written commu8nication skills • Report writing Personal Attributes: • Analysis and judgement • Problem solving • Assertiveness • Excellence orientation • Investigative orientation • Customer responsiveness • Business acumen • Planning and prioritising • Influencing and negotiation • People development • Reliability If you are an influential individual with good negotiation skills and would like an opportunity to work for this dynamic company then please apply on line If you are an influential individual with good negotiation skills and would like an opportunity to work for this dynamic company then please email your CV to [email protected]
