Job Description:As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives within the banking sector. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively, with minimal disruption to operations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans Identify key stakeholders and communicate change initiatives to them Assess the impact of changes on business processes and systems Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives Identify and mitigate risks related to change management Ensure that changes adhere to relevant regulations and standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field Proven experience as a Change Manager in the banking industry Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Prosci or similar certification is a plus R 750 - R 800 - Hourly
