Known for our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and contribute to the exceptional dining experiences we offer our guests. Job Description: As a Chef de Partie at The Drostdy Hotel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high culinary standards associated with a 4/5-star dining establishment. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure the delivery of top-quality dishes, exceeding the expectations of our discerning guests. Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the highest culinary standards Assist in menu development, ensuring creativity and innovation in line with guest expectations Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and adherence to recipes Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and well-coordinated operation Uphold impeccable hygiene and sanitation practices in accordance with industry regulations Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Participate in the procurement and quality control of ingredients Requirements: Matric qualification Relevant culinary diploma or degree Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4/5-star dining environment Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and menu planning Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Creative flair and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen How to Apply: If you possess the skills and experience required for this exciting opportunity and are ready to contribute to the success of The Drostdy Hotel, please submit your resume.
