Candidate Requirements:
- Must have a Culinary Certificate/Diploma
- Minimum of at least 2-3 years of previous experience as a CDP in a luxury lodge environment
- Exposure to high-end kitchens beneficial
- Knowledge about flavors, plating, and trying new recipes
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions
- Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
- Must be punctual and self-disciplined
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must provide a food portfolio when applying
- Must be eager to grow their career
