* A highly organized, result driven person with strong leadership and interpersonal skills together with good culinary knowledge and experience is needed as the Head of Department.
The kitchen manager will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operation including:
-Ordering and Inventory control
- Food quality and consistency
- Health & Safety standards
- Staff management, training, and development,
- Budgets, costs, portioning, and waste control
- Creation & development of new items
This position will require working shifts.
Salary: R20000pm Negotiable
