We're seeking a talented Chemical Process Engineer to join our innovative team and drive advancements in our production processes. As a key member of our engineering department, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions. Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.- Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations, and modeling to assess new technologies and process improvements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for optimization and implement cost-effective solutions.- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to address process issues and ensure smooth operations.- Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and technical specifications.- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred.- Proven experience in chemical process design, optimization, and scale-up.- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, unit operations, and thermodynamics.- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD) and data analysis tools.- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in chemical manufacturing.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
