The purpose of this role is to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirement:

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of lab technicians, ensuring staff engagement, performance, and teamwork.
Quality assurance: conducting chemical analysis, implementing and maintaining analytical testing methods, and collaborating with labs and the R and D team to optimize product formulations.
New product development: active participation in the development of new products (feasibility studies, process optimization, formulation improvements), assist in pilot-scale trials and evaluate performance of new formulations, and provide technical expertise to support product development projects.
New product registrations.
Generate and maintain technical documentation.
Customer complaints: investigation, analysis of root cause and implement corrective actions.
