Required Qualifications

BSc Degree Chemistry

Technical Competencies & Experience:

Minimum of 4 years working/researching experience in the chemistry and/or agriculture industry
Drivers license
Experience in Laboratory / QC / Production
Knowledge of local legislation and legal procedures of Official Bodies
Knowledge about the application of the products, composition, and their effects
Show technical support to field salespeople and develop a good rapport with the customer base.
Plan, organize, and manage experiments regarding new and improved product formulations
Schedule and execute product-related projects in line with company strategic initiatives
Suggest any improvements on formulations, processes, products, or new research lines.
