As the leading medical recruitment agency in South Africa, our client has an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Manager based in Fordsburg, South Africa. The Hospital Manager is to deliver overall management of the clinic (30 bed) including all operational, financial and administrative functions, ensure clinic functions efficiently and provide high-quality patient care as well as manage the optimum use and allocation of all resources. Responsibilities: Strategic planning - develop and implement the Business Plan / strategy in alignment with the Directors’ vision and values. Ensure regulatory compliance, licenses and accreditations. Overall management of resources, functions, systems, operations and processes. Budgeting – prepare and manage budgets. Appointment of healthcare professionals and support staff. Negotiate commercial contracts. Develop and implement policies, rules, procedures. Assets, capital and facilities management. Implement risk identification, assessment and mitigation measures.
