About the Role: Join us in the exciting role of CFO in the oil and gas industry, where your Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field along with Chartered Accountant CA(SA) qualification will be key. As a seasoned financial leader, you'll provide strategic guidance to the executive team and board, oversee financial planning and reporting, manage risk, and drive business growth. Your expertise in financial analysis, compliance, and team leadership will be pivotal in shaping their success. If you're ready to make an immediate impact. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the executive management team and board of directors. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Manage financial risk, including liquidity, credit, and investment risk. Lead financial analysis and evaluation of business performance. Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and company policies. Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital management. Provide mentorship and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Chartered Accountant CA(SA) essential. Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role. Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and corporate finance.
