Minimum requirements:

BSc Degree or Diploma in Agriculture will be an advantage
AVCASA and / or BOSAS
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Farm Management position
In-depth knowledge of all farming practices
Pruning, production, planning of fertilisation, pest and disease control, fruit manipulation
HR and IR knowledge
Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Computer literate
