Sustained business growth has led to challenging opportunities in our Construction division for: Civil Construction Production Managers, Civil Construction General Foreman and Civil Construction Foreman. Foreman: 5 - 8 years relevant experience in the Civil Construction Industry. General Foreman: 8 - 10 years relevant experience in the Civil Construction Industry. Production Manager: 10 years relevant experience in the Civil Construction Industry. Key Responsibilities: Experience and knowledge of the application of various project specifications, products and processes used in civil construction. Experience in the efficient utilization of resources and sub-contractors. Experience in the management and implementation of formwork. Financial planning and costing skills. Proven supervisory and inter-personal skills. Ability to manage and control quality. Ability to plan, organize, and control all site systems. Strong ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Ability to manage health and safety on projects. Ability to achieve challenging targets. Ability to negotiate and liaise with clients and consultants on matters relating to quality, standards of work, and programming. A knowledge of Bitumen products and materials. Willingness and ability to relocate/travel for unspecified periods. Flexibility in terms of working hours. Ability to speak, read and write in English. Valid Code EB driver's license. Foreman: 5 - 8 years relevant experience in the Civil Construction Industry. General Foreman: 8 - 10 years relevant experience in the Civil Construction Industry. Production Manager: 10 years relevant experience in the Civil Construction Industry. Relevant National Diploma or Grade 12 NQF 4 in Construction Supervision or equivalent experience.
