Reference: CPT000341-LO-2An Engineering Consulting firm based in central Cape Town is seeking a competent Civil Engineer that has previous experience working with projects relating to Civil Structures and Bridges.This position will focus on delivering projects related to reinforced concrete, bridges, culverts etc. Responsibilities: Client liaison and project management responsibilities. Ability to undertake bridge/structural tasks as part of project development. Ability to successfully interface with staff from a range of other disciplines (traffic, civil, planning, geotechnical, etc.) to support a diverse range of projects.) Ability to grow and develop the Structures engineering team, including interfacing divisional or project directors, meeting with clients to develop and expand work. Qualifications and Relevant Experience: BEng or BSc Civil Engineering Registered Candidate Engineer with ECSA Professional Engineer with ECSA – highly advantageous 5 years’ experience in a similar role Experience working on large, infrastructure projects (Culverts and Bridge) A registered culvert inspector
