Xcede Our client who is a large engineering consulting firm are currently looking to add a Civil Engineer (PrEng) to their team. Role and Responsibilities:Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.Oversee the design and construction of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, water supply systems, and more, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and sustainable practices.Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies, identifying potential risks and opportunities for optimization.Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, environmental specialists, surveyors, and contractors, fostering seamless project coordination.Prepare and review technical reports, engineering drawings, and documentation, complying with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, ensuring successful project approvals and maintaining a positive reputation in the community.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.ECSA registration as a Professional EngineerProven experience in civil engineering projects, showcasing your ability to lead and deliver successful outcomes.Proficiency in engineering software and tools.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and project stakeholders.Passion for sustainability and a genuine desire to contribute to projects that improve the lives of communities and protect the environment.
