Job Vacancy: Civil Engineering Technician/Technologist/Engineer/Construction Project Manager Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Technicians, technologists, Engineers, and Construction Managers to join our dynamic team of housing delivery experts. The ideal candidates will be well-versed in low-cost housing projects in South Africa. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver housing projects efficiently and within budget. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those outlined by the Department of Human Settlements. - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. - Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations for housing projects. - Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Oversee procurement and logistics activities for housing projects. - Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges. - positions based in Vryburg and Mafikeng Northwest, candidates must be willing to relocate. Qualifications: - Registration with the South African Council for the Project & Construction Management or Engineering Council of South Africa Professions is a MUST - Ndip/BSc/BEng/BTech Civil Engineering. - Proven experience in housing delivery projects in South Africa. - Familiarity with low-cost housing, programs, subsidy schemes, and their intricacies. - Strong project management skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Valid Driver’s License and own Vehicle.
