CIVILS PROJECTS SUPERVISOR - Durban
My client is looking for a Civils Projects Supervisor based in Zululand within the Sugar Mill Industry.
Requirments
- Matric plus N3 in the engineering field.
- Trade Test certificate in brick laying, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting, fitting, electrical, etc.
- Project Management qualifications and working experience in construction environment.
- Experience compiling and controlling project costs.
- 3 years supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of Food Safety, Construction Regulations and/or General Safety Regulations.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, honest, and fair.
- Prepared to work as a team and lead by example.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A can-do attitude and a quick learner.
- Must be able to work under pressure and deliver results in urgent situations.
- Physically mobile and fit.
- Computer literate and effective in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Drivers license.
