This role will primarily involve maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our office while also providing relief support for switchboard operations and handling reception duties. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, and possess excellent communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities: Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting designated areas to ensure a tidy and sanitary environment. Emptying waste bins and disposing of trash in accordance with established procedures. Stocking and replenishing cleaning supplies as needed. Operating the switchboard during designated times, answering incoming calls, and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Providing administrative support as required, including data entry and filing. Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while performing cleaning duties. Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Matric). Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial duties preferred. Familiarity with operating switchboard systems and basic reception tasks. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
