This is a full-time on-site role for a Cleaning Manager located in Pretoria. The Cleaning Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard. This includes creating schedules, ordering cleaning supplies, and ensuring that all cleaning equipment is in good working condition. The Cleaning Manager will also be responsible for training staff and adhering to safety standards. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial position Willing to work every second weekend in the morning Needs to be available immediately Prior experience in a similar role in the cleaning or hospitality industry Demonstrated leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and ability to identify areas that need improvement Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods Familiarity with cleaning equipment and machinery Understanding of safety regulations and ability to train staff on proper safety practices High school diploma or equivalent, and further qualifications in hospitality management, or a related field
