An Established Holiday Letting Agency is looking for a Professional yet friendly naturalleader with excellent Communication, Problem solving & Customer ServiceSkills -to take on the key role of CLEANING SUPERVISOR - to ensure thatapartments are cleaned to a high standard and are ready for guests to occupy SUMMARY OF ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that holiday units are clean/safe up to standard and ready for guests Stock Control Ensure good cohesion between supervisors and team Create and implement pro-active cleaning schedules Use resources available in the most efficient way to ensure nothing is wasted Communicate effectively between departments Communicate and anticipate problems/ guest complaints Do a minimum of 2 apartment visits per day, report and follow up. (Critical check) Assist team when needed in practical ways Manage a team effectively and prioritize work Schedule unit cleanings Communicate with manager/staff MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCE: Drivers license essential Excellent with customer service Must be a Natural Team Leader with ability to manage a team of cleaning ladies Excellent Communication Skills - well spoken and fluent in English Ability to speak or understand Afrikaans Professionalism of a high degree Desired Skills: Manage Cleaning Cleaning Management Staff Supervision About The Employer: Established Holiday Apartment Letting Agency
