Job Description To administer the despatch process including handover from Production, printing of documentation invoicing and various other admin tasks. Key Responsibilities Handover from Production to despatch Data Capture all Dispatch administration. Picking slips to be processed and captured. Invoices to be processed and captured. Updating DRM Assisting with stock recon. Assist with customer complaints. Adhere and Comply to Food Safety & Health and Safety requirements. Qualification Requirements Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC Literacy – Essential Experience Requirements At least 2-3 years’ bakery industry experience in a similar positionin the FMCG environment Other Requirements Pressurized environment. Must be able to work shifts. Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Overtime expected from time to time.
