Job Duties:
- Contact potential clients using information provided from the Client Data spreadsheet and insights from the Client Data Collator.
- Make cold calls to potential clients, navigating through gatekeepers and different departments to identify the relevant person to speak with regarding Employ Africa's services.
- Demonstrate persistence and resilience in reaching out to potential clients consistently, understanding that each rejection brings them closer to success.
- Possess a proactive attitude and the drive to perform repetitive tasks with enthusiasm and determination.
- Develop excellent telephonic skills and maintain a professional and personable demeanour during interactions with potential clients.
- Learn and understand the services and benefits offered by Employ Africa to effectively communicate them to potential clients.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the client contact database.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and optimize client outreach efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes to tailor communication approaches accordingly.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of client contact strategies and processes.
