Job Title: Client-Facing Project Manager (Digital Marketing and Website Development) Location: Somerset West, Cape Town Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Working Location: In-office position Start Date: 01 October 2023 Salary: 0- R30,000 CTC depending on experience and qualifications About Our Client: Our is a leading digital solutions provider focused on maximizing their client's digital activities' return on investment. They offer a range of services, including digital marketing, eCommerce platforms, and solutions. Their goal is to foster lasting relationships between brands and users. Position Overview: Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing agency specializing in digital marketing and website development. They are seeking an experienced Client-Facing Project Manager to join their team. As the main point of contact for their clients, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and effectively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely deliverables. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources. Conduct status meetings, providing updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and addressing any project-related issues or concerns. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure seamless project execution. Evaluate project performance and client satisfaction, seeking opportunities for improvement. Qualifications And Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience within the digital marketing and website development industry. A reasonable understanding of digital marketing concepts, website development processes, and project management methodologies. Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations and build long-term relationships. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring project success. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management tools and software. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Salary: 0- R30,000 CTC depending on experience and qualifications
