Client Liaison / Representative - Port Elizabeth

Requirements:
  • Have a Matric.
  • Valid Drivers license and own vehicle.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office).
  • Good time management skills.
  • Be able to function well under high pressure.
  • Task/ Goal Driven.
  • Professional working proficiency of the English Language.
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Good communication etiquette and client relationship skills.
  • Problem solver.
  • Use your own initiative.
  • Work well in a team.
  • Have knowledge of Wildlife and the Hunting Industry.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Professional working proficiency of the Afrikaans language.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
  • Upholding a high correspondence standard with local and international clients both on email and telephonically.
  • Follow Standard operation procedures.
  • Compile quotations and Invoices.
  • Logging and updating information on demand.
  • Discuss and assist clients with orders particulars.
  • General Administrative functions.
  • Client file organization and maintenance.
  • Promoting and scheduling of orders.
  • Requesting funds and converting pending orders for production.
  • Compiling Job Cards.
