The Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) role services all existing clients that form part of an allocated Wealth Specialist's team that they work for. They provide first class service to all clients and as such increase the Company's market share in the area of Funds Under Management. These individuals build a trusting relationship with the private wealth clients, fostering confidence and goodwill with these clients thereby understanding them and meeting their needs with the products and services on offer. Client Relationship Specialists conduct client reviews with clients in order to assess the products they currently have while assessing their current needs and making recommendations where possible. CRS's are responsible for the attainment of a Funds Under Management (FUM) target each month as part of the Wealth Specialist's team and are actively incentivised in this regard. Attending to all existing client queries and request timeously and professionally thereby offering the highest levels of service. Handling, maintenance and tracking of all leads received by the Wealth Specialist team such that these leads are contacted and followed up within the Company's set timelines. Maintenance, reconciliation and submission of the Wealth Specialist team's daily recon template and daily figures. Liaison with all clients allocated to the Wealth Specialist team as per the Company's set guidelines. Full and proper use of the Company's CRM package, XPlan. Making and confirming of appointments for the Wealth Specialist as well as ensuring they have the correct paperwork for all set appointments and all reviews. Checking of all deal packs and will applications to ensure that they are completed correctly and in full then submitted to the Regional Administration Manager for final checking. Assistance in attending to any outstanding requirements to complete any deal. Understanding all product offerings. Ensure that the Company is always compliant with regards to the regulations of the FSCA and the FAIS Act; thereby ensuring all new business administration is completely compliant as per the Company's and the FSCA's guidelines as well as handling termination and complaints in a compliant manner while always striving to treat the client fairly. Conducting client reviews in a FAIS compliant manner; conducting a full review taking into account a full needs analysis and any changes in the client circumstances. Achievement of targets as set by the Company and its targets and deliverables. Knowledge and skill required will include but not be limited to: 1. Strong and fundamental understanding and knowledge of Financial Markets, Securities and Financial Instruments being Equities, Fixed Income, Bonds, Listed Property & Cash Instruments as well as Local and Foreign Investment Schemes. 2. A good understanding of local and global economic fundamentals. 3. A good understanding of the various client needs and risk profile analysis tools and approaches used to meet client's varying financial objectives. 4. Rapid learning ability to understand and grasp the business model and the products and services offered within the Group. 5. Awareness and cognisance of competitor activities and offerings. 6. A honed sales technique allowing for the individual to interact, sell and develop a personal relationship with a mature demographic of high and ultra-high net wealth private clients. 7. Computer literate and technologically savvy. Minimum Qualifications 1. Recognised FSCA tertiary qualification. If the Employee has not been on an FSP license prior to their appointment with the Employer, then they will have 6 years' from Date of First Appointment (DOFA) to successfully complete a recognised qualification. 2. A completed Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning (PGDFP) would be advantageous. An in-progress completion of the above will also be considered advantageous. 3. Written and passed the Representative (RE5) Exam and is currently on an FSP's license as a Representative giving advice and providing an intermediary service. If the Employee has not been on an FSP license prior to their appointment with the Employer, then they will have 2 years' from Date of First Appointment (DOFA) to successfully complete the abovementioned Exam. 4. Has been licensed for the following subcategories on a Category 1 FSP license (can be under supervision for selected sub-categories): 1.3., 1.20., 1.4., 1.5., 1.8., 1.9., 1.10., 1.11., 1.12., 1.14., 1.17., 1.18. 5. Class of Business training completed as per Company and FSCA requirements. 6. 2-5 years' experience as a Private Client Wealth/Relationship Manager, with experience in high and ultra-high net wealth investment advisory and planning, financial planning and estates planning. 7.
