NON-EQUITY position Your Role: Upholding a high correspondence standard with local and international clients both on email and telephonically Follow Standard operation procedures. Compile quotations and Invoices Logging and updating information on demand Discuss and assist clients with orders particulars General Administrative functions Client file organisation and maintenance Promoting and scheduling of orders Requesting funds and converting pending orders for production. Compiling Job Cards To thrive in this role you need: Matric Valid Drivers license & own vehicle Computer Literate (MS Office) Good time management skills Be able to function well under high pressure Task/ Goal Driven Professional working proficiency of the English Language Positive attitude and attention to detail Good communication etiquette and client relationship skills Problem solver Use your own initiative Work well in a team Be between the ages of 30-45 Advantageous: Customer service experience Professional working proficiency of the Afrikaans language Offices are situated in Sydenham, Port Elizabeth.
