Client Services Administrator - Stellenbosch

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Experience: Min one to two years
  • Good computer skills, working on Word and basic Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Very willing to learn and extend your skills, full training will be given in this role
  • Positive attitude essential to excel in this role

DUTIES
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Coordinating administration duties for various operations
  • Manage data input and data capturing
  • Extensive customer interaction
  • Managing enquiries and problem solving
  • Managing client registrations
  • Working on internal and external databases
  • Managing workload received from colleagues in department
