Implement performance management practices to drive team success. Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Clear ITC and Criminal check. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Team Leader role. Essential experience with Homeowners (HOC). Possession of RE5 and FAIS Credits, along with a proven fit and proper status (Non-negotiable). Previous experience managing a team of 4 - 8 Client Services Consultants.
