As the Clinical Manager Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support Develop and implement clinical protocols and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care through audits and performance assessments Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve patient outcomes Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, promoting professional growth and development Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare practices Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the clinical setting Requirements Minimum of 5 years of clinical management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive performance improvement Demonstrated ability to create and implement clinical policies and protocols Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
