The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As Clinical Specialist (m/f/) for Medical Solutions Division you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here's how to make an impact: Develops and delivers account level strategy for defending and gaining business in collaboration with the cross-functional organization Collaborate with sales training teams and other functions to develop and deliver clinical scientific, and/or product training for internal audiences (Sales, marketing, etc.) Partners with sales counterparts to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders and product champions Provides insights on educational needs to assist Medical Education Teams/Events Collects and disseminates customer and competitor insights and provide the necessary support Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Nursing or Equivalent Academic Provision Excellent presentation and educational skills At least 3 years experience in relevant market, former similar positions Exceptional Clinical Knowledge in Advanced Wound Care Proven experience of education and teaching using simulation and workshop approaches Excellent English knowledge Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include Objection Handling/Situational Problem solving Location: South Africa, Cape Town Travel: May include up to 90% [mainly domestic/limited international] Relocation package: is not authorized for this position Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
