ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
You must have experience at least in one of our main pillars:
· Kubernetes (Azure Kubernetes Service)
· Observability (Grafana Stack)
· Azure Services and Infrastructure and Code using terraform
· GitOps (with ArgoCD and Helm)
· Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
· 3+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on Azure
· Experience with Azure services, such as Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Key Vaults, and Azure Service Bus

· Strong bash scripting skills
· CI/CD: Version Control, Build and Deployment Pipeline Automation (e.g. GitHub Workflows)
· Monitoring and log Management: Grafana Loki and Tempo.
· Cloud Security Posture Management and wiz.io usage
· FinOps and cost management
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
· Relevant IT Degree
· 3 Plus years in DevOps Engineering Experience with at least 6 years in IT Industry
· 3+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on Azure
· Experience with Observability tools, such as Prometheus, Alertmanager and Grafana Stack
· Expertise in Kubernetes and GitOps (ArgoCD & Helm)
· Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
· Experience with Azure services, such as Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Key Vaults, and Azure Service Bus
· A firm grasp of security best practices for cloud infrastructure
· Mastery of terraform for Infrastructure as Code
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable course of study.
· Strong knowledge in the field of IT architecture and solution building with modern cloud technologies, especially a good understanding of the Azure cloud platform as well as DevOps-based development and integration processes.
· Knowledge in the development of Infrastructure as Code, as well as modern CI/CD methodologies and the operation of services on Kubernetes-based systems.
· Experience with the agile process model Scrum.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
· Design, develop, and implement cloud solutions using Azure services
· Contribute to the implementation of our GitOps pipeline using ArgoCD and Helm
· Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
· Implement and manage security controls for our cloud infrastructure
· Monitor and optimize cloud performance and costs
· Collaborate with other engineering teams to develop and deploy cloud applications
· Stay up-to-date with Azure services and best practices
· Perform operations of the platform, including troubleshooting, incident response, and ongoing maintenance.
· You will explain these solutions to our developers in tech talks.
· You can quickly familiarize yourself with new concepts by developing small prototypes.
· You will keep an eye on the operating costs in the cloud and develop measures for the sustainable and efficient operation of our cloud solutions.
· You will keep the infrastructure up to date and secure, performing updates and security patches. (i.e. Kubernetes , ingress controller upgrades)
· You will be part of a platform team that develops and provides solutions for the digitalization of the vehicle, called Type Approval Management (homologation). Our end users are both internal departments and authorities at home and abroad.
· You will take part in defining our TAM Cloud Infrastructure in Azure with the goal of enabling TAM services/applications to be developed, tested, and deployed for customer functions securely, quickly, and scalable.
· You will evaluate different solution approaches required for cloud-native applications based on your experience.
· You will define attractive solutions for the software architecture as well as for services that are native or based on Kubernetes.
