Cloud Support Specialist - - Durbanville

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
IT Degree
More than 3 years of experience in a similar position
Microsoft Azure experience
Expert knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
Proficient with SQL
Cybersecurity and Recovery Cloud Skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot the cloud based systems using Azure and SmartSheet
Work with IT department and other stakeholders to ensure the cloud environment is reliable and stable
Monitors the health and performance of cloud infrastructure
Implements and manages cloud storage
Deploys and manages Azure compute resources
Develop Automation workflows using various cloud platforms like Smartsheet, Powerapps and Power Automate
Optimize Cloud solutions to meet business needs
Provides technical support and expertise for Microsoft Azure cloud services
Act as a liaison between the company and cloud service providers
