Driver with Code 10 License (driver must have his/her own transport ) sometimes deliveries run late so the candidate must have a car to be able to get home in the evenings. During the day a company vehicle will be provided but it will be parked at the office when the day is completed. Manage car stock to ensure minimum variances and enough stock to deliver quality service. Submit stock orders timeously. Ensure all administrative documents are completed when stock is return and/or given to team member. Submission of job cards daily. Update outlet record boards with in the prescribe manner. Ensure that vehicle inspection is done once a week and submitted to the Operations Administrators. Completes and submits “van stock count” for all spare parts Weekly to Administrators before new week commences. Immediately escalates any Service Ticket that cannot be undertaken on the day to Administrator Always ensure that there are sufficient tools available for the tasks being performed and that these are in good working conditions. After completion of job, ensures that job card is filled in correctly with all the relevant information required and gets Customer to sign off. Picture of job card is taken and immediately sent to Administrators. Call Runna App is also updated for required information Any Safety and Quality incident experienced on the job must immediately escalated to Administrator 60% driving score is maintained on Cartrack Code 10 License Matric Driver needs to have his/her own transport 1-2 years' Customer service experience 1-2 years' Refrigeration Experience
