We are currently seeking an Artisan: Welder with minimum 3 years work experience as a Welder, sound knowledge of mining machines and be able to work unsupervised. Carrying out proper Komatsu product diagnostics, repairs, services, oil analysis. Complete service reports. Carry out inspections on customer machines. Trouble shooting. Maintain company service vehicle in good condition and carry out repairs to an acceptable standard. The successful incumbent will work overtime and standby, and must be prepared to travel to other areas when needed QUALIFICATIONS: A qualified Welder Trade (Coded) with a N2 Technical Certificate. EXPERIENCE: 3 Years' experience on related earth-moving equipment. Knowledge of ISO standards and must be AWS certified Knowledge of GET would be advantageous SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Exposure to earth moving machinery. Good understaning and knowledge of ISO standards and must be AWS certified Have good trouble shooting knowledge on machines & familiar with standard tool requirements. Computer literate. Good understanding of maintenance philosophy. Good communication and inter-personal skills. Valid driver's licence. Grade: A
