Youth leaders make real decisions on resources, strategy and policies, have their voices heard consistently, and become active meaningful contributors to real school issues. Job Title: Admin & Logistics Location: Bloemfontein The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and logistical support to the Provincial Office based in Bloemfontein. Responsibilities: Support Role: · Provide an on-going Support Role to the Provincial Manager · On-going Quality Control Role Stock Management: · Stock management and sign off Finance: · Reconciliation and submission of payments to the Central Office · Credit card reconciliations · Prepare Advance Requests · Staff Debtor Control · Update Asset Register · Finance Administration Data Capturing: · Event register capturing – YC, VCC and VCE · Document control Academy Support: · Packing Academy resources Logistics: · Venue bookings for events and academies Travel bookings: o Arrange flights, accommodation and car hire bookings o Arrange transport for Faculty and schools Procurement: · Academy resources; office appliances/resources and transport for academies Office Maintenance and Administration: · Supervise Housekeeper · Liaise with service providers (printer, phones, etc.) · Ensure organised work place Required: Matric certificate Tertiary qualification an advantage Must have a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in general and financial administration Driver’s licence essential Must be proficient in MS Office and MS Projects Proficient in written and verbal English Good communication skills, articulate Attention to detail, excellent planning and organising skills Excellent time management skills Honest and trustworthy Reliable and punctual Ability to take initiative Excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to take initiative and be a team player Adaptability and ability to work in a fluid environment Administratively strong To apply Interested parties should consider their current strengths in view of the requirements of this position and their willingness to commit to the above.
