Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Commercial Admin Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our commercial team and assist in various tasks related to commercial operations. Responsibilities: Assisting with the preparation and submission of commercial proposals and quotes. Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for the commercial team. Performing research and analysis to support commercial decision-making. Tracking and updating commercial data and records. Assisting with the preparation of commercial reports and presentations. Handling and responding to customer inquiries and requests. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and in a team. Prior administrative or commercial experience is a plus.
