Commercial Assistant - Johannesburg
Responsibilities
- Assist the RM in achieving ambitious Sales Targets
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Skillfully negotiate contracts with clients
- Clearly explain our diverse range of products and services
- Ensure strict adherence to Compliance standards
- Efficiently update and manage the RM's diary
- Proactively call clients, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with insurers by sending necessary documentation for quoting
- Follow up diligently on quotes to ensure a seamless process
- Step in to assist in closing deals when the RM is occupied
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Proven telesales experience
- RE5 / FAIS CREDITS / CPD / CLASS OF BUSINESS certification
- Previous experience in Short Term Insurance
