Purpose: Renowned for its groundbreaking legal initiatives and recipient of numerous accolades, is seeking dynamic legal professionals for an exciting opportunity, the organisation has client projects from our expanding global clientele and require dedicated individuals to assist in delivering these projects and seeking individuals who possess strong commercial contracts experience, who will thrive in an environment where they are regularly asked to come up with creative solutions and improvements, and who are ready for something different to the traditional legal working experience Key Job Outputs: Supporting our review and remediation projects over the next several months Meticulous review and, where necessary, negotiation of terms to align with set standards Draft, review and negotiate amendments to commercial contracts of varying degrees of complexity against tight timeframes Draft bespoke provisions where clients have particular needs Identify ways to improve how we deliver our services and accelerate closing contracts, Document what you learn in our knowledge repositories and share with the team through internal training Qualifications: LLB Degree Must have completed articles Commercial contacts experience (drafting and reviewing) Experience: Be an admitted (or about to be admitted) lawyer Newly qualified lawyers to those with up to four (4) years of post-article experience, either within a law firm or in-house role Experience in time spent creating commercial contracts such as NDAs, supply of goods and services, sales and licensing agreements Salary: Market related Should you not hear from us within 2 weeks, kindly consider your application as unsuccessful.
