Ensure the effective management of the debtor's book in line with the agreed protocol, check and analyze creditor reconciliations and payments, ensure accurate budgets are loaded and reported against, prepare management accounts and report on variances, manage a schedule of recurring expenses, margin analysis manage accruals. Ensure accurate recording of expenses during the month to produce periodic snapshots, stock problem identification and resolution, auditing of damages and write offs, auditing process compliance and recording of information, management of customer administration (Credit notes, clean statements, etc.) Accurate budget planning and periodic revision of budgets. Produce monthly management accounts. Action plans and reviews of monthly overruns. Weekly financial performance review (KPI). Recovery of non-DC related cost (Supplier, customer, staff). Daily, weekly and monthly stock reconciliations. Audit and write off damages. Audit and write off stock variances. Auditing of administrative process compliance. Fixed cost compliance. Invoice, credit note and statement accuracy. Collections. KPI's / snapshots vs actuals. Variable cost compliance. Documented Max sessions. Weekly and monthly KPI's. Monthly financials.
