As a Financial and Leasing Specialist with a CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification, your role would involve a range of responsibilities related to financial management and leasing activities. You will be the 2 IC to the FM. Here are some of the typical duties you might have in this role:
Core Description
The Lease and Commercial Finance Accountant will consistently provide superior customer service as well as total operational support for the Finance Manager Operations all of our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities and duties:
- Leases credit control and dealmaking on equipment
- Leases accounting, reconciliations and reporting
- Other accounting/financial journals, recons, reporting and forecasting
- Ensure efficient and accurate workflow for the approval of lease deals
- Process improvements
- 2IC to Finance Manager Operations
People Management Responsibility: No
Required Level of Functional Knowledge: CIMA and preferably a qualification in Finance and/or Business Administration, 5+ years’ experience in accounting or banking. Recognition of prior commercial experience especially in leases
