Commercial Manager - - Nelspruit

Minimum requirements:

Relevant tertiary education in real estate or business
5+ years proven management experience in the property development or real estate sector
Track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies
Strong commercial and sales acumen, including understanding business and financial records
Strong knowledge of town planning, township servicing, project management, and property development processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient on MS Office Suite
Valid drivers license
Must be willing to travel
Stable working history and contactable references
