Commercial Manager - - Johannesburg

A client is looking for a Commercial Manager in the Engineering/Mining/Construction industry to play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining industry locally and internationally
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth target

Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, or related field
10 Years+ Commercial Management experience of Mining Customers. Proven track record in business development or sales within the mining industry
Strong understanding of the mining industry, including its challenges and opportunities
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Solid experience in FIDIC and NEC
