Analyze risk factors and determine appropriate coverage and pricing for policies. Collaborate with brokers and clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert advice. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to enhance business partnerships. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing policies to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as a Commercial Underwriter in the insurance industry. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in insurance underwriting software and MS Office Suite.
