Develop, manage, and implement communications and engagement strategy for the payments modernisation programme, including the real-time gross settlement (RTGS) programme. Key Performance Areas: - Develop external and internal communications and stakeholder strategies. - Develop a comprehensive plan for all project related activities. - Execute communications and stakeholder plans for the payment's modernisation project. - Write, produce, and edit high-quality content for speeches, presentations, and all communications channels. - Partner with and engage departments of the SARB to ensure coordination and alignment of communication messages. - Plan and implement the communications operational plan for the programme. - Manage service providers, stakeholders, and agencies supporting and executing strategic communications initiatives. - Assess, review, and report on the effectiveness of communications strategies on the payment's ecosystem modernisation and RTGS programmes. - Monitor and analyse the Banks' external and internal environment specific to the project. - Remain current with RTGS and payments ecosystem developments. • Minimum of a Diploma (NQF6) in Communication/Journalism/Economics. • 3-5 years of experience in a media, communications environment, projects, and/or programme environment. • Additional requirements include industry, economics, and business awareness, change management, communications strategy, communications channels/platforms, business continuity management, continuous improvement, excellent writing communication skill, communications project management skill, and stakeholder management skill.
