You will coordinate and execute the department's expenses while monitoring annual budgets and preparing reconciliation reports. The CCA coordinator will also be the Department's gatekeeper and ensure that regulatory reports, databases and overall management of administrative responsibilities for the department. In this role, you will partner with the Corporate Affairs and Communications function and relevant sub-teams to ensure the smooth running of the team through the provision of administrative support. In addition, this role supports the delivery and embedment of the broader Corporate Affairs and Communications strategy by providing analytical, process and logistics support across the team. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate Internal Audit submission for the department (Appointed Gatekeeper) Manage Charitable Donations request, payments, and reports in line with Tronox policies for both KZNS and NS. Process RQS and payments for LED projects contractors and brand and communication vendors. Assist with the implementation and delivery of stakeholder engagement, including meetings, programmes, responding to relevant consultations, stakeholder mapping, and support for senior business managers in engaging communities within the region. Assist with the compilation of a LED report on a quarterly basis. Coordinate departmental data for SLP and Mining Charter Reports for both KZN Sands (KZNS) and Namakwa Sands (NS). Organize and coordinate various management meetings with internal and external stakeholders determining attendees and creating invitation lists; arranging accommodation, meals, presentation materials as required; drafting and distributing all communications (agenda, memos, e-mails, maps, menus, etc). Support the communication team with the coordination of internal and external event and branding needs. Ensure stakeholder records are kept up-to-date and reflect latest contact and engagement activities on Mapping tool. Assists team in preparing for meeting by gathering relevant data and creating reports Help the CCA team with administrative tasks including booking flights, booking meetings, handling the Charitable Donations mailbox, making payments, sourcing quotes and liaising with service providers. Qualifications & Experience Relevant Diploma/Degree, technical or other training relevant to the position (Mandatory) Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint) (Mandatory) Driver's License (Code 8) (Mandatory) 3 years relevant experience (Mandatory) Knowledge & Skills Demonstrated ability to plan and organize tasks and workflows, with proven ability for accuracy under pressure and adherence to deadlines. Demonstrated commitment to collaborative work practices. Competent level of oral and written communication skills, including experience in cross-cultural environment and international settings. Ability to work independently with sound judgement, diplomacy, tact and confidentiality. Sound command of English written, and spoken. Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous Experience in project management and event planning logistics. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Adaptable to and embraces change; can pivot workload and priorities; and can work with ambiguity Highly developed organizational and time management skills to manage conflicting deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Superior attention to detail. Solid spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills. Advanced knowledge of computer processing, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Oracle, and SharePoint including a high skill level in the creation of engaging and highly visual presentations. Ability to independently research, assess complex topics or options, and make sound recommendations.
