A company within the Logistics space is seeking the expertise of a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team to be based in JHB North. The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include Company's Compensation and Benefits are correctly administered ensuring that employees' compensation is inline with their role levels Benefit Surveys Collection of data and continuous analysis Accuracy of monthly processes Salary reviews Assist with negotiations when offers are presented to candidates Manage and oversee payroll system (ESS) Prepares submission job evaluation purposes for SSA Area office Submit reports and feedback to HRPBs Manage Job Evaluation process for all grades, set the framework and standards for job evaluation Conduct job analysis and evaluation, salary administration Implementation, updating and improvement of compensation processes Ensure CRISP audit requirements are uploaded and manage compliance Ensure General Ledger is prepared for compensation reporting purposes Prepare monthly SMT HR Dashboard in relation to Absence cost, annualised attrition, average tenure, FTE movements, number of promotions, overtime, and absencerate Manage and process death and disability claim effectively and timely Provides support for the design of employee benefit programs Assist SSA area office in the design and implementation of employee benefits strategies, policies, procedures, and plans Qualification Degree in Human Resources Postgraduate Qualification in Business Management Certificate in Finance or Payroll Experience 8 years experience in Human Resources 5 years experience Managing Payroll as well as Company Benefits and Compensation of at least an organisation size of 500 employees 3 years experience leading a payroll team If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
