This role involves evaluating risk management practices, ensuring compliance with laws and internal guidelines, checking financial records for accuracy, assessing the operational efficiency of audits, and preparing detailed reports with recommendations for enhancements. The candidate will contribute to the organization's success by identifying and suggesting ways to improve auditing processes, thereby ensuring the integrity and efficiency of financial and operational practices. The role involves managing audit action plans, conducting audits to meet KPIs, escalating risks, and drafting reports. It emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, safety, and compliance with SHE policies. The candidate should demonstrate creativity, accountability, and a commitment to learning, aiming to enhance audit effectiveness and foster a collaborative work environment.
