Reference: SAS000159-Dudu-1Our client in the social housing sector is looking for a Compliance Regulation and Accreditation Executive. The main purpose of the Compliance, Regulation and Accreditation Executive is to develop and manage the accreditation, compliance and regulations plans and implementation. The Executive is responsible for managing accreditation of projects and SHIs, tracking compliance of beneficiary organisations and projects and for providing input to projects and sector development to support developing a viable sector. The Executive is also responsible for regulatory enforcement against non-compliant entities. The incumbent will be responsible for the following key performance areas in the Compliance, Regulation and Accreditation unit: Being a business strategy leader and oversee the development of relevant plans and strategies. Manage and oversee the accreditation process in line with relevant strategies, plans, policies and legislation. Compliance Management: Manage and oversee regulatory enforcement against non-compliant entities. Budget drafting, management, and monitoring for the unit Risk and Compliance Management Stakeholder Engagement in the community, public and private sector. Staff Management of staff reporting directly and indirectly to the executive. Qualifications and Experience: A post graduate degree in Commerce, Law, Business Management, Project Management or similar is required. Combination of commercial and legal background will be advantageous. Experience and Minimum Requirements: 5 years’ senior leadership experience is required. 3 years’ Council interaction experience is required. 10 years’ compliance and/or regulatory related experience is required. 5 years’ public sector experience is required.
