Salary : Negotiable, depending on experience Working Hours : Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:00, and every second Saturday 07:00 – 13:00 Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Minimum 2 years experience in the Construction industry Computer literate: Microsoft Outlook Fluent in Afrikaans & English (Speak, Read, and Write) Valid Drivers License and own reliable vehicle Duties & Responsibilities: Handling of all Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Invoices Ensure the correct materials and quantities are delivered to the site Processing slips and Supplier statements recons Price negotiations with suppliers Responsible for site expense summaries Credit applications Handling all the Procurement for the sites Assisting QS staff with tender prices General office administration The above list of duties is not necessarily complete and the employee undertakes to perform any other reasonable instruction given by the employer quickly and effectively
