Construction Manager - Cape Town Region

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly experienced and reliable Construction Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring that they are executed according to plan and within budget Coordinate and oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Review project specifications and drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Manage project budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and cost control Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design and construction issues Ensure quality control throughout the construction process, including conducting regular inspections and tests Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, cost reports, and completion reports Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Manager, with a strong track record of successfully managing construction projects In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in construction management software and tools Degree in Construction Management or a related field Professional certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus Benefits Salary: Smallest – Largest (e.g. R900K/yr – R1.2Mil/yr, salary negotiable) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
