Job Summary: B-BBEE Consultant The B-BBEE Consultant is responsible for guiding clients towards achieving the desired level of B-BBEE Compliance efficiently and cost-effectively. This role involves managing the gathering of necessary documentation for verification purposes. Responsibilities: Contribute to the development, alignment and implementation of the Company's strategic transformation. Manage the BBBEE scorecard across business activities and optimise opportunities for each pillar. Provide guidance and play an active advisory role to business on Employment Equity, Diversity, Enterprise development and preferential procurement. Manage and update the BBBEE interns/learners. Designing and Implementing BBBEE Transformation strategies. BBBEE Presentations and Report writing. Identify enterprise development opportunities and develop an enterprise development strategy to support the rental industry. Monitor and report BBBEE spending against targets set up for various departments and divisions, including ensuring the accuracy of such information. Manage Company's BBBEE verification process. Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances. Positive attitude toward challenges and tasks. Requirements: 5 – 6 years BEE Consulting experience Relevant Finance/HR/Law Degree or Diploma. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to operate and communicate effectively at executive level. Strong report writing and analytical skills. Assertiveness, negotiation and influencing skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Capacity to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure with close attention to detail. R35 000.00 - R50 000.00 (Dependant on experience)
